YAKIMA COUNTY– Walmart stores in Yakima and Sunnyside have extended their store hours.
According to the Walmart website, the stores will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
Action News confirmed with Walmart staff that both locations in Yakima and the store in Sunnyside have already begun their extended hours.
Months ago due to the concerns with COVID-19 pandemic Walmart stores across the country reduced store hours of operation.
Walmart says they will continue to utilize the health and safety measures, such as social distancing, health screenings, plastic barriers at the registers and face masks.
